Probably the best crank protection available for the BMW s1000. I was little unnerved removing the cover and replacing it with this item. Not only did I have to break the factory seal, but the internal screws could theoretically fall off into the engine. Proper installation was key, and I even used RED locktite in place of the recommended BLUE. If I have crack the cover to replace the puck, I’m replacing the entire cover. This thing looks super trick, and the machining is flawless. NO REGERTS!
