These titanium sprocket studs are 2mm shorter than OEM to work with OEM 520 sprockets as well as all aftermarket 415 and 520 sprockets, including our thinner Superlite 415 spockets. This means they are also considerably lighter than OEM.

Reducing unsprung mass at the wheel is a very effective way to improve the handling and performance of a race bike.

Titanium Sprocket Studs (Set of 6 + 2 Removal Nuts)

These titanium 6AL-4V (grade 5) sprocket studs are highly corrosion resistant and extremely light weight (more than 50% lighter than OEM steel studs). This is a set of 6 studs for the rear sprocket of the Yamaha R3. We also include (2) M10x1.25 nuts to help remove the OEM studs. These are a must have for any racer.

It is important to clean the OEM thread lock cement out of the threads before installing your new titanium studs. We recommend using an M10x1.25 cut tap to clean out the threads. You can add one to your order below if you do not have one already. Be sure to use new thread lock during installation.
