Woodcraft frame sliders stand out in a market crowded with look-alike options. Their patented design features a slider puck that can be replaced with one bolt. What makes the Woodcraft design unique is the perpendicular attachment bolt for the puck. Because they do not have to hollow out the center of the puck, they can leave the sliding surface of the puck solid. This provides 48% more plastic to slide on, dramatically improving puck life. The side mount also eliminates the hassle of trying to dig out a puck replacement bolt through a distorted hole.
The slider bases are fully supported, bolting directly to the frame instead of using a single motormount. The supported base gives the slider maximum strength to resist bending or breaking. These sliders are a great alternative to unsupported sliders which we have actually seen break engine cases on other Ducati models.
Installation Note: This kit does not require cutting the stock bodywork.
Frame Slider Puck Notes: The 50-1099 Frame Slider Puck (Black Plastic, Polished Aliminum, Blue Anodized or Red Anodized) would be standard. The 50-1399 pucks recommended for racing and can be used if you prefer a shorter puck.

Give Us 3mm And We Will Save You $15 On Your Woodcraft Frame Sliders! All of our Woodcraft frame slider kits that use the 50-1099 or 50-1399 Black Plastic Slider Pucks include pucks that are 47mm in outside diameter. Long story short the New Guy over at Woodcraft made a little programming error and machined the outside diameter to 47mm instead of the standard 50mm. Per Woodcraft the 3mm difference in puck diameter will not change how the sliders perform. We liked this deal enough to buy all of the 47mm pucks so we could pass the savings along to our STG Customers.
