The line of screens R-Racer is the product of Puig's long experience in competition, working with the best teams from MotoGP: Repsol Honda Team and also WorldSBK: Kawasaki Racing Team, to develop the best screens for your sports motorcycle.

The R-Racer screens are designed for you to have a perfect vision through and to be more aerodynamically efficient than the stock screens, they are tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and thanks to their taller height, it deflects the wind that otherwise would hit the rider's helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm, we come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing the safety control from the German TUV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.

Installation of the screen doesn’t require additional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance as well as the protection to the rider.

    Nice but tight fit…

Posted by Mark on 27th Sep 2026

I ordered this for my 2027 Aprilia rs 660 factory. The front fairing is the same as the 2026, so it should have fit perfectly. It fits good but not a perfect alignment. At the top it’s a little smaller span so you have to push the fairing inward to get the screws to line up. Not usually a big deal but in the case it puts a lot of pressure on the fairing. After installed it looks nice and not anything anyone would know by seeing it unless you were the installer. I do like the thickness and stoutness of the screen itself.
