SBK Heart

LeoVince renewed the SBK range with the line of LV One approved EVO II silencers. Style, materials and durability have been studied and developed by the LeoVince technicians, which maintained the concept of performance in compliant with the relevant laws as for the previous series, and extracting the technical solutions in order to realize a new line of innovative and new products.

Stainless Steel and Carbon

The silencer is fully made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel, TIG welded, and is oval shaped with flat upper and lower sections.

Externally it is finished with a special sand-blasting treatment which gives it a "Titanium Look", giving the silencer a fighting spirit and elegance. Alternatively, a carbon fiber version is also available.

The end cap is made of high performance Technopolymer: light-weight and with high resistance to mechanical and thermal stress

Sporty and Aerodynamic

Also the front silencer inlet is new: it replaces the straight cut inlet of the previous generation, for a tapered development, becoming more aerodynamic and sporty.

The silencer fastening strap is completely made of carbon, as on the LeoVince SBK top of the range products.

Features:

• The header pipes and silencers are made of TIG-welded stainless steel AISI 304.
• The aluminium skinned silencer has a semi-direct chamber internal structure and is secured to the frame by means of carbon strips.
• The format of the header pipes and silencer is tailored according to the specific engine model in order to boost the torque and maximum power rating.
• The kit produced for the American market comprises a Spark-Arrestor that has obtained USFS homologation from the United States Department of Agriculture – Forest Service.
• Some models are homologated according to the European law
