Arai Pro Shade System Face Shield

The Arai Pro Shade Shield System fits all current Arai helmets and any Arai helmet with the SAI shield. The Pro Shade Shield System Face Shield does not include the flip up-flip down visor.

To date, many helmets feature a retractable sun-visor located between the outer shield and inner shell to provide the rider relief from the sun’s glare. The engineers at Arai worry that this system may affect the performance of a helmet during impact, so the Pro Shade system was developed. This system is situated on the outside of the helmet and does not negatively affect the performance of the helmet during impact.

This system is ideal for the tour rider. Compatible with all weather, the Pro Shade System offers protection against sun flare, fogging, and misting.

How to operate

• Pull the Pro Shade System forward
• Flip the peak down and it will act as a sun visor
