1. Regarding my Sept 6, review
OK folks,Sorry this is a little late coming, but I would like to add to my 9-16-17 review, as my situation has been resolved.
Before I had a chance to make contact with Woodcraft and or STG, I was contacted by Brian Van of STG, with concerns of my newly purchased Woodcraft tire warmers and how he could help.
I had great communication with he and his team to get my failed rear warmer replaced.
To make a long story short, they contacted Woodcraft, Woodcraft contacted me to advise a new set of warmers were being shipped with a return tag for the defective set.
Within a few days, I now have my new set of warmers, and I am very grateful for the professionalism and superior customer service executed by both STG and Woodcraft.
Having worked in the telecom industry for over 40 years, I understand that sometimes there are out of box failures of electrical and electronic components.
I also know that sometimes vendors, manufacturers, and sales companies can sometimes drag their feet supporting their products, finger pointing with delays, or worse yet not communicate or return calls.
STG and Woodcraft has made me a very happy customer with resolving my issue.
This is support! This is customer service!
Again, a "Wheelie" BIG thanks to Brian and Waylon at STG, along with the folks at Woodcraft.
