The Sidi Rex Boots are replacing the Sidi Vortice in their road race boot line up. This boot was designed with the assistance of Loris Capirossi (former MotoGP Rider and current MotoGP Safety Adviser) and is poised to be the run with the leaders in the High End Road Race Boot Category. Here are STG we like what we see in the Rex Boots and are eager to get them out on the track for a proper test. We have an air shipment of these boots on the way to us that will be available late October 2018 making us the very first US Retailer with these boots in stock.

We find the Sidi Res Boots to run consistent with their size chart for most riders having average to narrow width feet. Riders with width well above average may need to go up one size. The 1/2 size over compensates for the extra width needed and the extra length is easily managed with the adjustment system making it a non-issue. Sidi Rex Boots Technical Features:
	The Sidi Rex Boots are constructed using a material called Technomicro. Technomicro is a composite microfiber that is created using strands that are so fine, each one is less than one thousand the thickness of silk. These end result is a material that acts like natural leather skin, but with more strength, softer texture and lighter weight. Technomicro is also water resistant, highly resistant to abrasion and tearing and is easy to clean and maintain. Technomicro doesn't stain and offers reduced weight, more flexibility and a better feel than leather or other synthetic material boots.
	The innovative CLOSURE SYSTEM allows a simply and quick fit. The boot is equipped with 3 steel cables adjustable closures with TECNO-3 PUSH rotor. The PUSH button allows the buckle to be lifted for more closing pressure. The shin and ankle mechanisms allow a symmetric closure. The instep mechanism ensures a snug yet comfortable fit.
	The elastic panels placed on the front and rear of the Rex Boots are the key to the impressive out of the box comfort and mobility. They are internally padded and open up while the foot passes for comfortable and easy fitting.
	In this image you can see the inner structure of the all new Sidi Rex Boots. Along the entire boots, on the inside of the bootleg there is a padded upper lined with air jersey and Cambrelle. This upper ends with a sturdy pull tab for easy fitting.
	A single support brace joins the internal ankle joint for more support. In the outer lower part, the ankle support brace is equipped with air vents which can be operated by an aerodynamic shaped button. The ankle support brace is made with nylon material with glass fiber.
	The replaceable toe slider is made in nylon reinforced with fiberglass. It is fitted with a new air intake and an innovative alloy insert.
	Asymmetric and shaped shock absorbing heel cup, smooth and flat inside, for more adherence with the bike, with shock absorbing system in the back and outside. The shell and the shock absorbing system are replaceable through a screw and an interlocking system.
	The "CE" marking means that the product meets the basic health and safety requirements of European Directive 89/686/EEC.
