Proper protection, comfortable, great looking pants. CE protectors are not included so by the time you add them on you might want to size up. Depending on how snug you like your fit. I wear a size 29, had to get the size 30, and with the protectors, they fit just right for me. Also, you might want to add a beltloop at the back, since the smaller waist size and the added bulk of the protectors might create a tight waist sleek, and the belt have only one loop in the back, or too great a distance between loops in the back. Took the pants on a three day ride, in the wet, cold and sun, and they worked perfectly fine. Hope this helps, all the best. M.

I am 6' 3" 34"waist 200lbs
I ordered the 34s and the waist fits as advertised.
They are plenty long.
I'm guessing 36" inseam - A good thing for me.
They have a lot of Kevlar so should provide good slide protection.
They feel like they are insulated due to the layers of material but I'm sure they will be cooler that my leather pants.
I ordered the Forcefield upgrade knee armor and the Scorpion SAS-TEC hip armor.
The knee armor completely fills the pocket and lands right where it should for me.
The hip armor lays good and feels like it would do a good job of protecting.
The fit is a little weird as another review mentioned.
They expose your butt crack when you bend over even a little bit so a belt is pretty much required.
No biggie as I usually wear a belt anyway.
They are a little tight in the crotch if you pull them up to cover your behind.
They are a slightly loose fit in the legs but I wanted the straight cut so I could put them over my Alpinestars Corozal boots.
That's a lot to ask.
I have to work at it but it can be done.
Over all they are normal looking jeans that I will not feel weird wearing in public and for the amount of Kevlar they have they are one of the best for the price.
I wanted the Forcefield knee armor so the fact that the pants do not include armor was not a huge deal BUT for $160 they should come with something even if it is just foam.

I'm usually either 33 or 34 jeans waist (depending on the fit of the jeans), and I got the Covert Pro's in 34. Waist is good (slightly loose) and the rest of the pants are a little baggy. I'm fine with them & the wife is happy with them, so no problems on the looks of the jeans. They feel quite protective, and nice in cooler weather; I'm hoping they breathe well enough during summer.

I'm knocking 1 star off because they don't come with armor - I feel that anything over $120 or so should come with armor.

Just got the covert pros and just went on my first ride with them. I almost returned them, however, due to the fit. First the positives - these jeans look like any other jeans out there, you'll never know these have kevlar and armor pockets inside. They look and feel good with the cordura finish. The mesh liner inside feels nice as well and doesn't irritate me on or off the bike.

You can only get the Covert Pros in different waist sizes as they all come in a 32 inseam. I wear 36x32 jeans typically so I got the 36. The waist fits pretty good, a little snug maybe but it wouldn't hurt for me to lose a few pounds. I haven't measured exactly but the 32 seems a little more between 33 and 34. Works fine walking around the office and works just as fine on the bike with boots.

Now for my negative so far - the fit. I'm 205-210 lbs during the holidays, have moderately large calves, thighs and buttocks due to playing soccer. I prefer looser fit jeans and the Covert Pros hug my thighs and rear a bit tighter than I'm used to. They are also pretty snug around my man-bits. Not uncomfortable, but I'm just not used to this form-fitting jean style. It makes them slightly difficult to rotate and bend at the hips - important when riding a sportbike. I am also just able to spread my legs to a 90. I am hoping they will stretch some, because they are appear to be getting better as my first day with them wears on. Finally my biggest gripe, if I bend more than 5 degrees forward it immediately reveals my crack. I'm wearing a belt that helps some but these things are a bit ridiculous. Definitely need to tuck in your shirt with these pants.

Overall, I'd say these are the best looking riding jeans I've owned with lots of good features. However, the fit is a bit odd to me. At their sale price it was worth a shot.

So I figured I should write a review since no one has yet. I just got the covert pro jeans today, and I must say I'm really impressed. For reference, I'm 5' 11", 190lbs, with an athletic build. All of my jeans are relaxed/loose fit in waist size 32,33, or 34. Length is either 32,33, or 34. I ordered the covert pro in 34x34 and they fit perfect. I've read other reviews that said they were really baggy - I can only see this being the case if you're a slim guy who normally wears boot cut, or slim fit jeans. The finish on these is great, has a slickness to it due to the cordura. They are a great looking jean - would happily wear them anywhere. No one will know these are riding jeans. The leg openings are wide enough to fit over my boots and there is enough room in the knee area for my RS taichi strapon- knee pads. All in all, I'm very happy with these - highly recommend.
