This was purchased to mount a phone (as GPS) to my street fighter. The 11mm hole worked perfectly to be coaxial with the old handle bar mount hole on the GSX-R1100 upper triple that I am using. and with the standard bar and holder it lined up well, centered by the steering stem and out of the way of the ignition.
Bike set-up is a mid-90s GSX-R1100 front end (forks, triples, wheel & brakes) on a Bandit chassis using the bandit steering stem and aftermarket clip-ons mounted under the top triple.
