The M4 2015 Yamaha R1 GP Mount Slip On Exhaust System installs in a snap and keeps the stock catalytic converter in place which is key for many street applications. The GP2 Muffler cleans up the look and produces a exhaust note that puts a smile on your face without breaking the budget!

Note: M4 Recommends re-flashing your stock ECU to unleash the full potential of all M4 products on the 2015 and up Yamaha R1.

It was easy to install. Not as loud as I would have liked but after removing the silencer it sounds better

The M4 exhaust sounds so crisp on my 2016 r1!!! Paired with the midpipe, I could feel the difference in how the bike responses and could tell it was breathing a lot better! I rode with the dB killer in and out and WOW what a difference. I enjoy it without the silencer but it definitely needs at least the Stage 1 for trackdays!
