1. K-tech rear shock
I was sent the shock with a 9.0 spring and I was told by Thermosman (highly regarded suspension tuner in the southeast that is at the track every weekend tuning bikes) that I really needed at minimum a 9.5 and ideally a 1.0 so the bike would finish corners well since I would be using the bike mainly for track days. I called STG and the person helping only sent me a spring chart for my weight and said it was correct. I wanted the spring swapped out for a 1.0 spring per Thermosman suggestion. STG did not offer that and Thermosman offered to change the spring out for free (Swap 9.0 for 1.0) when I picked up my K-tech RDS installed cartridges from him. When you spend almost $1,400 on a shock I was disappointed at the level of service I received and wish I would have ordered it through Thermosman to start with. The shock itself is very good and that is why it is 3 stars.
