Disappointed
I wanted something a little better than some cheap amazon part but I didn't want to spend a whole lot either (I guess you get what you pay for). I was hoping that this would deliver. The build quality of the actual bracket is very good and all of the holes for the mount, signals, & plate light lined up perfectly. However, it does not fit flush into the recessed slot of the factory rear fender tail. The slot on my bike was not rectangular, it is rounded off at the end so the rear part of this bracket, which is rectangular, can't sink into it for a flush finish. I had to fabricate an insert and buy additional hardware (nuts, bolts, gromets) to make this work. In the end I was able to make it work (looks somewhat clean) and you can't tell that it's not a 100% perfect fit unless you get right under it to look at it. I didn't reach out to STG because I was able to make it work. However, I definitely wouldn't buy it again & I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
