The Arai Quantum-X and Signet-X Chin Curtain is designed to follow the egg-shape of the outer shell of the helmet. This chin curtain inhibits the turbulent air from the underside of the helmet from leaking in while providing a negative pressure to assist the chin vent in drawing cool fresh air into the helmet from the mouth area.
This Chin Curtain fits the following Arai Helmets:
- Quantum-X
- Signet-X
Please note that the pull-down spoiler will function whether the chin curtain is present or not.
