First off, what a great company STG is...the selection and prices are awesome, they spend a ton of time with the product reviews which actually help, and they do not mess around with order processing times...mine was shipped within 24 hrs of the order and I had the boots a few days later.
The boots are really nice and have a very high end feel. They actually feel pretty broken in right out of the box, and although I just got them and haven't ridden with them yet, I know they're going to be perfect on the track.
A quick note about sizing, since I fall right in that 10.5-11 size range depending on manufacturer. As a point of reference, I wear an 11 in Underarmour, Nike, Vans, and Salomon shoes, and sometimes a 10.5 in certain work boots and my new ON running shoes. And you never know how it's going to shake out when you're dealing with Euro sizes with US "equivalents." Well, for these SMX Plus V2 vented boots, the Euro 44 fits like a glove... absolutely, 100% perfectly. But. The "US" size says 9.5 - which had me sort of concerned when I opened up the box, especially considering that my Alpinestars Rideknit shoes are a Euro 43.5 which is somehow a US 10.5. I don't know what they're up to over at Alpinestars, but follow the sizing advice from STG regarding the fit - it's right on! The AStars size figure-outer people need to ease off on the Peroni.
Last note about the fit - it's absolutely perfect and comfortable around the foot, but if you have big calves - which I do - the zipper can be tough to zip up, especially with leathers on. I'm hoping it'll get easier when they break in for real, but it's a bit of a struggle right now... although part of the deal is just trying to hike up the lower leg portion of my leathers (AStars Atem one piece). People with normal-sized calves will probably not have this problem. No issues with the plastic shin protectors on the tops of the boots fitting around my enormous calves, even in leathers.
Really nice quality and good looking boots, and excellent price!

Haven’t had a chance to ride in them yet but the fit when wearing them around the house is way more comfortable than the Sidi boots I had before, alit more room in the toe box. And as always STG is a great site to buy from.

if you’re wondering about sizing to give you an range i wear 11 - 11.5 in all my shoes, ordered an 9.5 for the boots and the boots fit just like an 11-11.5 so watch the video and STG explains sizing very well. i would recommend these to all riders. Great boots, very comfortable and they grip very well to the pegs so you don’t have to worry about slipping off in corners.
7. Amazing feel and fit! Size 9.5 US / 44 Euro

Just got my boots in today and they fit great! I was really not sure what boot to get. I spoke to Joe, awesome and honest salesman, I told him a wear a 10.5 US in the Vans Classics shoe, one of the most true to size shoes I know of. Joe really went above and beyond to helping me out by saying he wears the same size shoe and personally tried on the the SMX Plus V2 boots. He stated he has a some what wide foot which I as well. He said the 44 was his go to size in this boot. So i pulled the trigger and ordered. As they showed up today I was really hoping they fit, opened the box and said dang these are sick, did I order the Supertech R's?! This new model looks so much better in person than the pictures do it justice. Tried them on and the feel is great walked in my living room and the fit was perfect! Joe you are awesome brother! Thank you for the recommendation for this boot, the Supertech R is a badass boot but for the price point these really meet my requirements for safety and a badass looking boot. 10/10 recommend this boot for canyon rides or track days. If you at all question what size boot to get dont take my word for it, contact Joe or anyone of the STG team member's and they will help you out to the best of their abilities. Brian Van you guys rock!

I bought these boots from somewhere else because I used my MSF discount but I figured I'd post a review here to help some people out :). Let me first start off by saying I'm a new rider and these are the only boots I've tried so I can't compare it to anything. I absolutely love them. This is my review after putting my first 200 miles in them and on my bike (ninja 400).
Comfort: The comfort straight out of the box is amazing and I could probably walk in them for hours no problem. It doesn't make any squeaky sounds for anybody wondering. They broke in a lot faster than I thought and as a new rider I thought it would take a lot longer for this type of boot. It took me a little while to get used to shifting and using the rear brake but after putting some miles on my bike, I got used to it pretty fast and noticed that the tactile feedback when shifting and using the rear brake is pretty darn good.
Sizing: They run large in my opinion. I'm a 10-10.5 US size and I got a size 43 EURO. It fits perfect.
Protection: Sadly, I had the chance to test these out early on in my riding career (only 100 miles on the bike). I've practiced slow speed U-turns hundreds of times, but I was mentally out of it one night and I screwed up. Without boring anybody with the story, I'll just say the boots saved me from a broken foot 100%. When I fell, my foot was angled on the curb and the bike fell right on it. I didn't feel anything at first because of the adrenaline but after a couple hours it became pretty tender to the touch, and it felt internally bruised. Without the boot, I'm 100% sure I would've broken my foot and after just starting my motorcycling journey, I would've been even more depressed. I woke up the next day with no marks and nothing was swollen although it would hurt just a bit when pressing down on the area. The boots have no scuff marks after the beating it took haha. Lower leg was 100% after a couple days. All in all, I'm so thankful for these boots saving my leg and I'm glad I'm smart enough to gear up head to toe anytime I leave the house. I'm a big advocate of ATGATT!
If you're thinking about getting these boots, I definitely recommend them. Thanks for reading!
