All Balls Yamaha YZF-R1 07-26 Steering Stem Bearing Kit

Theres no clear instructions on how this should be assembled or used. The lower bearing race height and upper bearing race height are different! The two bearings are different from each other so be careful if you’re going to do this at home. MOST IMPORTANTLY! On the lower bearing, there is a metal collar that is suppose to be pressed on to the lower steering stem first followed by the gasket and bearing after. I learned this lesson the hard way. Do not make the same mistake i did. Metal sleeve on the lower bearing pressed onto the lower triple first followed by the gasket and the bearing. Very easy to mess up plus the bearing races are completely different in height! Warning for home mechanics. Take your time and MEASURE!!
