Snake Skin Tank Grip:
TechSpec's Snake Skin "RELEASABLE" Synthetic Rubber measures @ .125" thick. You will feel the difference within the first 50ft of your ride, improving the relationship between you and your machine! Squeeze it and feel what a solid seat position is like. Will also increase in comfort, assist's in reduction of vibration, and improving distribution of weight.
X-Line 2 Tank Grip:
TechSpec's X-Line 2 is a thin (.045"), medium durometer rubber skin with a raised dot pattern. The material is thin, lightweight, and has a high coefficient of friction comparable to that of TechSpec's original XLine material, yet less expensive and more durable!

Tech Spec FTW
I was a little worried the new material wouldn't be grippy enough for track riding, but pleasantly surprised, these grips are slim as well as effective. Also they fit my extended tank pretty well, only the center grip pad required a little trimming to sit perfectly flat against the tank.

Quick and easy installation, look good and super grippy but not too grippy that it impedes movement on the track.

Great experience with STG
I ordered TechSpec Grips for my Yamaha R1 2024 and I received it within 2 days. I haven't installed the grips yet but it looks great. highly recommend STG.

as always, great product from a great company
When i went from a used bike that had these to a brand new r1 that did not come with these. i noticed myself slipping all over the place. using your legs in turns is key and this helps a whole ton for that. highly recommend for street and track use.
