1. Outstanding craftsmanship
After buying two pair of RST TracTech EVO 4 gloves from STG close to a year ago, I wanted to try the Freestyle 2, as well. I give credit to Brian's objective, thorough reviews for turning me on to RST. I'm a gloveoholic, obsessed with safety and quality, and I only buy those with palm sliders. The Kevlar in the TracTech 4 drew me to them, and the FreeStyle 2 are virtually identical with that exception. The instant I put them on, I knew I'd found my go-to brand because every finger fit properly, with no slop, no frays, no pinching, etc. RST makes a killer product, and their gloves hold up exceptionally well. The knuckle coverage aligns, as do the palm sliders. The stitching is perfect, and nothing has deteriorated in my time with them. Incidentally, I'm a daily commuter and rider between 60 to 100 miles per day, year-round, so these gloves have seen it all. No matter if rain, cold, or oppressive heat, the feel, fit, and quality of the RST gloves is superb. Even the Velcro placement is generous and proportionate. I have gloves that cost triple the money, yet the RST keep those gloves in the drawer.
