We feel the Alpinestars GP Plus V2 Race Suit runs true to size as compared to most suits on the market today. At 5' 11" 200lbs with a 32-33 in waist I wear a size 56 Euro / 46 US with a perfect exaple of "Race Fit". The GP Plus V2 Suit has a fit similar to the RS Taichi GP-WRX R304 Suit, Alpinestars GP Tech V2, Missile and GP Pro Suits which lean more towards "Race Fit". Comparing the fit of the GP Plus V2 to the Motegi V2 and Challenger V2 Suits it offers a "Race Fit" as compared to the roomier "Comfort Fit" found with both the Motegi V2 and Challenger V2 suits. - Brian Van
The GP Plus V2 gets you all the features found on the high end race suits with a nice "Race Fit" pattern, eye catching style at a nice price.
This race suit will be great for track days and performance street riding.
CE Certified protectors are found in the shoulders, elbows and knee/shins. PE padding is used in the chest, hips, coccyx and upper arms (Alpinestars Nucleon chest protection available as upgrade).
