At 5' 11" 200lbs with a 32-33 in waist I wear a size 56 Euro / 46 US with a perfect exaple of "Race Fit". The GP Plus V2 Suit has a fit similar to the RS Taichi GP-WRX R304 Suit, Alpinestars GP Tech V2, Missile and GP Pro Suits which lean more towards "Race Fit". Comparing the fit of the GP Plus V2 to the Motegi V2 and Challenger V2 Suits it offers a "Race Fit" as compared to the roomier "Comfort Fit" found with both the Motegi V2 and Challenger V2 suits. - Brian Van

    6'2", 215lbs, 46.5" chest, 36x34 jeans, athletic build. Size 58 Euro in this suit fits me like a glove. Tight everywhere without being too tight, and just enough space for a thin base layer and back protector. I think I would have to lose 10lbs to fit an airbag underneath though. It fits tight but is also more comfortable than I expected, I can move on the bike well and I can wear the suit for 2 hours no problem. I wear a size 56 in most newer Alpinestars suits(Fusion, Missile V2, GP Force), to get this same tight fit, but this older GP Plus V2 fits slimmer than those. Size 58 for this suit was spot on, shout out to Max and Avery for describing the sizing of different suits with high accuracy! I haven't ridden in those newer suits, only tried on, but I prefer the feel of this GP Plus V2 over the GP Force and even Fusion suits. This suit has seemingly less textile than modern suits, and feels almost old school compared to the new suits with all the stretch for airbags as well as techy fabrics. I specifically bought THIS 2017/2018 suit in late 2025 for that reason, old school in fit and feel, and it did not disappoint. Not a ton of perforation, this suit seems best for moderate temperatures (50-75 degrees, give or take). I rode with this suit in 55 degrees, with thin cold weather base layers, and I felt very comfortable. Fast shipping and great customer service from STG. 5 stars all around.
