I was surprised when I opened the box and the parts were charcoal grey. In most of the images I have seen, they appear to be black. That being said, I am slightly color blind. ;)
Since I have a black bike and the engine covers are all gloss black, I was hoping that they would be more subtle. Anway, my mistake and after reviewing the images they do appear to be off-black.
The fit and finish were excellent and seem to be provide the protection I was looking for.
