I'm a larger man at 6'3" 301lbs. I have a 47" chest and a 48" waist across my naval. I own a Alpine stars nucleon kr-1 back protector and I purchased a 60 in size. Overall the suit fits very well. The really only main downfall I have about it are the wrist cuffs. With the leather coming all the way around there's no give and I can zip the zipper down all the way. I'm going to try and find a shop that can sew in some fabric for stretchability in that area.
