I own several high end helmets, all recent model years. This is my favorite one of them all. Not the lightest, but not heavy. Extremely well made and feels solid. All the pieces feel good and on par with the major Japanese offerings. I LOVE the shield - by far the clearest (optically) I've experienced. Distortion free and quite thick (4mm). Also, changes are a breeze. I can change a shield in under 20 seconds. Faster if I actually tried.
This thing is quiet. Perhaps the quietest lid I own. The speaker cutouts are deep and hold Sena units with room to spare. They don't quite line up with my ears, but they're not as far back as other helmets I own.
Stability. This this is rock solid at speed. Head checks are calm and drama free. Whether riding a naked upright or in a full tuck on a sportbike, the helmet slices thru the wind with ease.
Tightly sealed. I wore this thing through some nasty rain storms for hundreds of miles at a time and it never leaked and stayed fog free.
I've not crashed it nor tested its durability, so I'll let someone else speak to its crashworthiness.
Finish. The paint is thick and glossy. Looks better in person than in photos. Also, when you hold the helmet in your hands, it feels of quality. I've only had experience with mine, so I can't speak to the review above that states several quality control issues with his example. Mine, however, feels solid and is built as well as, if not better, than my Shoei or Arai helmets.
The liner is thick and comfortable and the helmet fits my head well. No hot spots despite several 700 mile days in the books. The ventilation is outstanding. By far, the best flowing full face helmet I've worn. No whistling, either.
Summary. If you're after a premium quality helmet that vents extremely well, is super quiet, has a wide viewport with excellent distortion-free optics and easy quick-change shield, comfortable liner with anti-microbial properties, and solid fit and finish, then give this little known (in the States) product a serious look. Highly recommended.
