When I first order this, I received the wrong seat. STG took care of me right away and got me the correct one shipped out. When I received the seat, the brackets were out of spec and would not line up. At this point I contacted Saddlemen, who replied after a couple days. I was told to ship the seat back to them, and they shipped it back to me with the new brackets. This took about almost 2 weeks just in dealing with saddlemen. When I got my new seat back from Saddlemen, It installed an mounted like it is supposed to, however the sides are too wide and my fairing don't go back on quite all the way. At this point I am just keeping the seat as I do not feel like sending it back again.

I have no problems with STG and they did everything in their power to take care of me the first time, however, I am disappointed in the quality of the seat itself for the price I am paying. I would not recommend this seat to anybody else based on my experience.
