At 5' 11" 200lbs with a 33-34 in waist I wear a size 56 Euro / 46 US with the fit I look for in a leather jacket. I bought this jacket based on my extreme satisfaction with my RS Taichi race suit. This unfortunately runs small. The shoulders are a little tighter and the arms are shorter than my race suit. I ended up returning it and buying the Arrow, which is sized identically to my race suit. Great jacket, I would just go up one size than what is recommended. For reference I'm 6'4" and 205lbs and the size 60 didn't quite fit.
