RS TAICHI GLOVE SIZE CHART
Buy size by the finger length.

I bought the XL and on Brian Van's video recommendation, I went a size up and bought the XXL at the same time so I could compare side by side. I have a thick palm relative to my finger length. I found the opening to be about equally tight on both. The palm was only slightly larger on the XXL, but the fingers were too long. This glove is beautifully constructed of high quality materials and has all of the safety features one would look for in a track glove. I found the leather to quickly stretch and the XL (correct for my finger length per the sizing chart) quickly formed to my hand.

These gloves look great, have sliders and armor in the right places to provide excellent protection without interfering with function and the leather is extremely soft. However, they do run a little small...make sure you are confident in the size you wear before ordering.

Bought the Taichi GP-WRX gloves specifically for a track day but also because I had no gauntlet style gloves. Well, not true. I had two other pair, but one was from Bilt and I don't trust them to protect me in a high speed crash, and the others were A-stars who I do trust but the gloves are crazy uncomfortable. Plus, you can never have too much riding gear, right? So having tried on the Taichi gloves at a store and found them comfy, I ordered a pair. The ones at the store were rather dirty and appeared to have been tried on by numerous folks. Anyway, reelcieved them. They fit just a bit tighter than the same size at the store, but I expect that to ease up with use. Rode a track day wearing them and had only one minor complaint: there's a seam in one of the fingers that lands right where my finger and fingernail join, and pushes on that sensitive spot. It's the only finger and I do anticipate it'll stretch enough to quit being an issue over time. The Velcro on the red/white/black loves I chose is all white as well, which I'm guessing will show dirt quickly, but at present it's still pearly.
Great fit, comfy

First experience with a gauntlet; previously worn three different short cuff RS Taichi models in XL, and the XL in this one fit well. I had a day ride coming up, so I spent an hour or so wearing the gloves with a thin liner to break them in a little, and they felt great on the 10 hour ride. A touch snug, but I'm sure they'll loosen up very soon. Really like the wrist closure system.
Still comforatable after about year

Very happy with the glove. Fit very well initially and seem to be a bit larger after a year or so. I think the smallest size that will just fit will work best. I like the relief built into the knuckles so when you bend your hand, the glove doesn't tighten over your knuckle. This really improves the comfort and reduce fatigue.
Haven't crash-tested them fortunately.
I will continue to buy Taichi gloves.
Held up great for 5 years!

This was my first pair of gauntlet gloves. I bought them so theyd match my white RS Taichi RSJ826 jacket. I never crashed in these gloves, but I did ride thousands of miles on the street over the course of 5 years while wearing these gloves.
Just last week a hole started to develop on the middle finger so I should probably look into another pair or get them replaced. I went one size up for comfort to an XL, but after break-in, I realized that I should've went to an L. My palm measures about 9inches in circumference.
All in all, even with one size up these gloves held up well for me during my time of ownership. I'd definitely recommend these gloves for a street glove or occasional track day rider

Great street and light track gloves. There is a step up from these and if you are a HARDECORE racer I would opt for the next level of RS Taichi with the plastic shielding on forearm and top of wrist. Most comfortable gloves I've ever owned bar none! New to Taichi and like their products better than AlpineStars and Dainese...yes...they are that good. I ride a naked 2009 Aprilia Tuono Vtwin and like the added protection of these gauntlets.

As a STG Sponsored Rider I felt the Need to give this review from a racers Perspective. These are not the Full on Race glove RS taichi sells. But these are great gloves! They are comfortable. I have not crashed in them so fare in the season so I cant tell you how protective they are. However it depends how you crash. The protection is pretty good. Good enough for a Racer. All in all a good product. I've raced in rain with them and the material seems to hold up well.

These gloves are very nice for the price. I use them for track days. They look and fit great. This is my second pair and the size medium seemed a little larger than the first pair I purchased. I would buy these again and would recommend them to others.
Top Notch Glove! Another RS Taichi Winner

I recently purchased the GP-WRX303 suit with the free glove promotion. The suit came with the updated NXT052 version which I lucked out! I have 2 pairs of the Taichi GP-1 glove which is another awesome glove. When I received the 052s I saw a difference from the GP-1. The leather and fit of the glove I noticed off the back. The leather that is used for the grip side is much softer than the top side of the glove. It definitely fits similar to the GP-1. I wear a large in both. I like my gloves a little on the snug side just because I know the glove breaks in and conforms to my hand better. If you want something a little more comfortable or have longer fingers go a size up. The main closure does not have a lot of excess material to fold over when securing the main strap. Unlike the GP-1 which has quite a bit, which can get bulky on the forearm side of the wrist. I pair these gloves with the recent GMX motion which fits perfect. the glove slides right up the sleeve of the jacket with just enough material to keep it secured and tight. There is memory foam in the knuckle area under the carbon protector which makes it very comfortable and also the same foam on the under side of the wrist slider on the top side of the glove. I daily ride and have only rode in them once so far. Immediately I noticed the glove it very comfortable off the back. The glove is pre-curved so it is easier to grip with less fatigue. Over all another great product from RS Taichi and one that does not disappoint!
