1. Dunlop Q3+ Performance Vs. Longevity
These tires seem to perform very well on the street and track too. Competitive pricing, especially at STG. I'm sually ok riding on stock tired on the street so I can't really compare to other premium Hypersport tires, but current bike came w seriously sub-par rubber & I also wanted something track-worthy so after a lot of research I went w the Q3+'s & haven't been disappointed w the performance but I did expect a bit more mileage... Already wore the Rr. down to the wear bars w only 2k miles & not even a full track day last season. The front is still in good shape & I already got my new Rr. So at least I've got this season covered. I do ride hard 90% of the time. I also run at 34-35 psi Rr. for better grip & performance on the street, so maybe that's part of the reason the rr. wore out faster than expected. Either way, I've been happy enough w the performance of the tires that I didn't see a reason to switch but will prob try something different next time once the front needs replacing too. Btw, the tires were so well balanced, didn't even need wheel weights & I've been 150+ on more than a few occasions w 0 issues which is really impressive. I won't be installing them myself again tho, they were stubborn AF to mount by hand.
