The Bell SRT is a decent helmet for the current sales price. It's average weight for the material at 3 lbs 12 oz (I expected better). The cooling is great with volumes of air moving through the vents. Down side for this is that the noise levels are much higher than my previous Scorpion. Even when vents are closed the noise is substantial. The helmet is very comfortable with padding in the liner being very comfortable. Plenty of room for speakers and eye glasses. The face shield is easy to replace. However, the latching system works a bit too well. It was difficult to unlatch without two hands. If you need a new helmet this one will do the job for the price.

Great for a smaller head. I couldn’t find another brand that fit snug enough. I also like that this comes in different shell sizes. It’s still a bit large shell wise but I don’t look like a bobble head at least.

Have not gotten to ride with it yet but it seems like a high quality helmet. Size chart was spot on and it fits perfect. The liner inside is extremely comfortable and seems more breathable compared to the HJC CS-R3 it is replacing. The shell size was a lot bigger than I expected when I first put it on. I knew that it was going to have a bigger shell before purchasing it based on other reviews and the fact it’s Snell rated but I wasn’t expecting it to be that big. Other than that, helmet looks awesome, especially with the include dark smoke visor. I originally planned to get the Qualifier DLX but after seeing this one on sale for $175, I chose this one and am satisfied with my purchase.

Shell is a little big looking. Perfect fit but from the outside looks kinda big. However, Bell visors are amazing, plus to get a snell certified helmet for under 200 bucks that has a good fit and great visor, its awesome. Makes for a cheap replacement after a crash. If you have more money go for the Bell star. Otherwise this is a great budget option for street or track riding.

I bought a medium and the shell is BEYOND HUGE!!! The reviews are correct, if your not 7' tall this helmet will look ridiculous! Plus, its 5 ounces HEAVIER than my 12 year old Bell Qualifier!! Bell Quality is not what It Once was.. in the 70's- 80's they made the best helmets, Now they are SUB-PAR!!
