1. Nice pants
I picked these up to have something more protective than denim jeans when riding. I chose them over some cheaper options because the Kevlar is part of the denim weave instead of being separate panels, and they included both knee and hip armor. They feel like a nice heavy pair of jeans and aren't overly stiff or bulky out of the box. They fit true to size. I'm 6'-3", 210 lb and a size 36 fits like my 36 waist, 34 inseam jeans I would normally wear. The fit is a bit "skinny" over my calves, but it makes sense so they don't flap. There is enough room at the ankles that they go over my boots without issue. The hip armor is not noticeable at all when wearing them, and the only time I notice the knee armor is when sitting down off the bike...the top of the knee armor sticks out just a bit.
